#AskTheExpert After my first child I got my periods the very next month but after my second child, it's been seven months and no periods. I had both my kids through C-section. is it normal for no periods, should I go for a check up?

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake

A. hi if you are nursing mother then it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey. don't worry it will regularise by own naturally. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
