#asktheexpert after having an allergic virul cold episode of 6 days my kid has become skinny and now always complains that his legs are shivering and he is tired. Although he plays a lot but after that when he rests at night he complains about his legs . please suggest.

A. hello u should try to guve calcium rich food in the diet which can help n nothing to worry n u may alsoo check with ur doctor for additional supplement which can help n absolutely nothing to worry
