#asktheexpert my son weight is 18 kg and he is very skinny. gets tired every now and then. always complains of pain in legs at night.

u may gv a gentle massage or ask the baby to keep the baby feet in warm water dip for sometimes..
gv wt gaining foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia sabudana banana avocado pumpkin eggs dry fruits nuts and seeds..
ghee butter cheese in moderate amt
