mam,you should start doing exercises and yoga regularly.
initially ,start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, etc
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
drink plenty of fluids.
