#asktheexpert after breast feeding my breast has become extremely loose like an older womens breast What m I suppose to do i m very stressed right now?

getting breastsagging problem after breastfeeding is very common
but to prevent it more, you may try below remedies:
first, massage your breasts with warm coconut oil daily before bath.
do some exercises like wall press ,. Etc
find well fit, comfortable bra
maintain good posture
