Hi I have extremely painful and heavy breast I am breast feeding and my baby is 2 weeks old.

A. It must have been engorgemeant Which is normal with women when they are breastfeeding sometimes when the child does not take feed properly the milk accumulates and becomes heavy you know the breast becomes heavy and painful start doing hot compress regularly 3 to 4 times in a day that will really help you in this situation
