ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you should absolutely avoid it tell 6 month but if you wish post that check the ingredients first it should be containing only natural ingredients no preservatives no harmful additives then you can give otherwise it is always recommended to avoid giving Gripe water

Gripe water contains harmful chemicals
Avoid its use
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after every feeding
