RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Hundred is a very normal body temperature you can continue giving paracetamol to the child every six hours and if the fever doesn’t subside maximum by the time of 72 hours then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
