Q.
#AskTheExpert 4 months baby. Exclusively on breast milk. but want to add formula milk in her die because of some reasont. she had colic pain. she suffers from gas issue. how to introduce her formula. milk? she doesn't feed in bottle. shall I use any specific bottle for it?

or else use anti colic bottle.
burp well after each feeding to expelle excess gases from tummy.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
