SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, once Baby completes one year you can start giving butter milk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice. You can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home but make sure it is cooked well and soft and less oily and less spicy.
8 AM-breakfast plus a glass of milkshake
11 PM – fruit bowl with dry fruit powder and honey
1 PM-rice and dal, vegetable fry and a little curd rice
4 PM-milkshake or fruit juice
7 p.m-Upma, Idli, Dosa. With this you can give buttermilk, coconut water, water, fresh fruit juice. You can include buttermilk in every day drink. Avoid using more salt. Instead of sugar use jaggery.
