Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. iron deficiency problem will be examined by your doctor but it is important to give all type of diet to the child which will help in improving the immunity of the child and for simple cold you can give a warm water and Tulsi Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk and nasal saline drops
