Q.

#AskTheExpert 13 month old son has repeated constipation problems though we try to keep diet high on fruits, veggies and water. will gripe water be helpful or any other suggestion please

A. hello constipation is quiet normal at the stage due to the weather also and sometimes food habits also no need to worry keep your baby hydrated well very hygiene make your baby to sitting warm water tub during the bathing time use ghee the daily diet and also give a banana daily
