#asktheexpert 103 fever and vomiting I give ondam for vomiting and paracetamol 500 for fever her weight is 29 kg age 11 year please give some suggestions

A. hi. you can give 6 ml od paracetomol 500 mg in evety 4 to 6 hourly. do tepid sponging to for high grade fever. do visit your doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
