ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it happens due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables and. offer more liquids and fruits

That Is mostly due to the fact that a child is not having a lot of water what happens is when kids do not have good amount of water fibre rich fruits and fluids and all very normal for them to be constipated so you have to make sure that you give really good amount of liquid diet to the child along with proper food
