#AskTheExper i have gallbladder stone of 9 mm size and i know about this 1 month ago when pain arise.and my baby is 18 old month and was delivered through c section. can it advisable me to get pregnant or first operate my gallbladder stone.

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
