See you have to go for a proper workout you will have to follow a healthy diet proper regime to reduce down your weight because sometimes people feel when they exclusively breastfeed the child they can lose all the weight and do an extent that’s true also but you eat equally in good amount so you will have to work out and follow a diet as well
