Get a check with the dentist whatever is required the Dr is going to advise you correctly as per the situation because without a physical evaluation is difficult to say what can be done but yes I would also suggest you at the same time to maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice and you can use Himalaya toothpaste for your kid
