ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. after six months. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

It should be decided according to your health because till two months now your body is recovered from C-section and you can continue working and follow your daily routine
