Q.

#askthedoctor my baby got a deep cut with a rusted iron rod on her leg. she is 2yrs old. i have done her vaccination through govt hospitals including tetanus . do i still need to go for tetanus vaccine again? how long does the tetanus vaccine be valid for? will the one she has already taken will be enough or not ?

A. Tt not required if taken recently, use tbact cream. T Bact ointment is used for the treatment of bacterial skin infections, impetigo and other bacterial infection of the skin.
