#askthedoctor I want to travel with my 1 month baby by flight.. it is any risk.. what should the mandatory precautions to take

the important thing is that you have to to make sure that the child does not come in contact with more people.
during takeoff and landing it is important that the child shouled be given feeding or a pacifier to decrease the air pressure in the ear which will again help in decreasing the the ear pain during the flight.
you have to keep with yourself painkiller like paracetamol which may be needed to decrease dthe pain if the child cries excessively.
your personal doctor will tell you more whether your child is physically compatible for a flight ride or not
