#Askthedoctor I'm a feeding mother iam having itchy rashes on my hands and legs due se food allergy, it was so uncomfortable,I applied calamine lotion and candid powder but no use, please suggest some medicine

first,as it is food reaction , please stop taking oily , spicy food and citrus fruits for now
keep your self well hydrated
try cool pack
or apply thin layer of coconut oil on itchy part.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
stay in well vantileted room
avoid using any other cosmetics
take bath with warm water and neem leaves
