Q.

#askthedoc If I offer anything to my son then he takes it with interest. He holds it for sometime then crush it and throw it away. He doesn't eat it completely or take extremely small 1-2 bites and throw away. what is the issue? how to make him stop doing it?

A. Hello mom that quite a common tendency of the toddler, he need to be stopped in the start itself when he was doing, nevertheless, you may make him sit with other family memebers when they are eating , they learn a lot through observing others,

A. Toddler spitting out food is common as they explore tastes and textures. Encourage positive behavior by praising when they eat well. Offer a variety of foods and involve them in meal preparation to make it fun.
