Q.

If baby stop breastfeeding then what to offer him in night when he demands?

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind fdof infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. if baby have stopped breast feeding and started with other milk then you can give that as cow milk or Buffalo milk.. or amul milk or mother dairy milk.. or any local dairy milk.. dear give dal roti or doodh roti or stuffed parantha as dinner around 7.30-8.30pm and at bed time a cup of milk..
