#AskPediatrician.Hi Doctor.My 24 month old daughter is getting fever very frequently without cold or cough or any other symptom.since september 2021 she got 4 times till now.2 times it got reduced with antibiotics.2 times it got reduced with crocin.could you please let us know what all could be the possible reasons for frequent fevers in children.Thanks in advance

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamuuol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please avoid windy weather please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
