#askexperts suffering from thyroid..don't know how to maintain my weight and hunger pangs

A. Include meals frequently at an interval of 2 3 hrs, once you follow this hunger will be subsided add nuts, low fat milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, add plenty of fluids, daily physical activity of about 1hr should be maintained
