Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Ello dear parent, hair problems are common post pregnancy. Though it is temporary but it requires proper care. You must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet drink lots of water
Oil your hair regularly and must wash only twice a week.
Use mild shampoo. Avoid hair styling products
