my daughter is very thin and her hairs are also very thin

A. Some babies are of lean body type, but if they are active and healthy, there is no problem in that. Try to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, rice water, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, eggs, chicken, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times health snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
