Q.
#askexperts my 2year old is not eating properly from last 2weeks. In a complete she might be eating that is sufficient for one time meal hardly. Also, she is constipated frequently.

avoid maida products, packaged foods
dont force feed but give one in all meals like mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee
