A. hi mom to decrease the weight and tummy after delivery u need to start exercising along with strict diet control .. take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar

A. post pregnancy weight reduce kr ne ke liye aap exercise start kr skte hai ya yoga or brisk walk.. take care of diet.. have small meals.. lots of green as salads sprouts.. restrict sugar sweet intake. avoid oil and spicy food.. drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water to drink..
