Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Avoid RO water for drinking , anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food Take sunbath daily walk more take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits. Don't use RO water
