In between that take liquids like buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes, coconut water and keep yourself hydrated which is good for hair and skin. Start walking and doing yoga which is good to keep yourself fit. Warm the oil which ever you are applying to hair and apply to hair and give a massage leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water as it damages the root.Repeat this once or twice in a week. Avoid oily and spicy food.Write Your Answer Here
