Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Hairfall after delivery is common and nothing to worry about that. Add more iron rich foods into your diet. Be gentle while combing your hair. Use mild shampoo for hairwash. Try different hair style. Do not use hot water for head bath. Use essential oils for your hair and massage it on daily basis.
