A. take care of your diet and apply mama Earth onion hair oil and wash it with onion shampoo they have a Sulfate free chemical free shampoo which is very safe for use ..i had very bad hair fall and this really helped me to reduce my hair fall

Walk more
Avoid using anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food , maida and sugar
Take sunbath daily
Ta ke more probiotics and millets rich diet.
don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
