A. Dear mum, for weight loss you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
