If it’s over 6 months post delivery then you can start with small walks or less intensity exercise but if not then please wait for 6 month to complete As to loose weight both diet and workout is important
Have small and frequent meals
Reduce the excess consumption of sugar or sweets except dry fruit ladoo or till and jaggery ladoo as they are healthy, do not take excess ghee or fried food or namkeen or packaged foods
Have more fruits and vegetables
