Well actually in the age of childish this is mostly associated with severe stomach pain so I think that may be the similar issue with your child currently I’m going to recommend you to go for giving Bonnisan fi 5 drops you can give to the child one time maximum four times in the day will be due to stomach pain under the brand of Himalaya
