my baby is 45 days old.while crying i feel some discomfort in her voice .2 days before i saw her nose with water . what's the problem and suggest some remedy for this

A. The discomfort can be due to cold so keep head little elevated while feeding and give indirect steam to the baby and put saline nasal drops and also check tummy of the baby
