To control it, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Massage scalp with coconut or olive or almond oil once a week and wash with mild shampoo. Do not use heat or chemical treatments and do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
