A. Fenugreek Fenugreek is great for treating hair loss during pregnancy. Soak a few Fenugreek seeds in a bowl of water overnight. Apply this fenugreek water to the scalp and leave for a couple of hours. Shampoo your hair. Follow this remedy two-three times a week. Additionally, you can also grind the soaked fenugreek seeds into a paste, apply it on the roots and wash it off after 20 mins. It does wonders for the hair.
