A. Hi, That could be because of the food which you are having and passing in your milk. I would suggest to have Azwain and hing in the morning. This will benefit the baby. Don't worry. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
