#askexpert i am mother of 20 mo ths old. my son is catching cold very often like once a month. what could the possible reason?

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination axnd start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child nexeds inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello normal with the baby at this age and is absolutely nothing to be worried and you can put nasal drops or use instant cold releif rub from Babyhug which can help and any concern then it 8s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
