#AskExpert Hi everyone... I'm a mother of 1year old baby boy... After my pregnancy i gained 10kgs weight.. i need to lose my weight now...could anyone please share some tips & diet plan to lose weight... thank you..!! πŸ’«

A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. start with brisk walk for half an hour and slowly switch to simple exercises. avoid sitting for prolonged hours. continue breastfeeding

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
