Hello You should try to make your child sleep maximum by 10 PM in the night and that way your child will wake up automatically by probably eight in the morning because I sleep for about 10 to 12 hours at a stretch in the night time so you can just try that if you want to apart from that I would just like to tell you it is completely in your hands how do you change the schedule of your child in terms of sleeping
