A. Hi Now your baby can eat all home cooked foods that are eaten by all family members Gi e 3 to 4 meals a day from recipes like rice dal. upma, sheera, idli, chapati dal, mashed potatoes, banana, chickoo, paratha , Vegetable soup, fruit smoothie boiled egg
