Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, thereis no such routine of 7 month's old baby. They usually spend their day sleeping 2 naps during the day and sound sleep at night. Rest of the day eating in every 3 to 4 hours. You can keep baby engaged by providing things to play with for the rest of the day. Good luck and take care
