please suggest me a daily diet routine for my kid.

A. Hwllo mother Daily diet routine B/F - stuffed chappati/paratha/cheela/upma/poha/idli/ paneer sandwich/Egg toast/ vegetable sandwich. midmorning- fresh seasonal fruit/lemon water/coconut water Lunch- homemade chappati, sabzi, curd, salad or rice ,dal,raita, or dosa,sambhar or pulao, dal,, curd or dahi ,paratha evening snack- peanut butter toast or makhaana and almonds or bhel with peanuts or masala idli or roti wrap or roti with ghee and jaggery . Dinner - dal- rice or roti -sabzi or stir fry paneer with pulao, or veggie stuffed chappati, cutlet etc.
