A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. give 2-3 servings of milk and curd. give fresh fruit and vegetables to improve appetite and digestion

A. hi as it is growing phase of your child ,it is important that your child get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too. so please offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc for protine ,give sprouts, multigrain food,dairy products etc more..
