Also give variety of Dal's, pulses and legumes.

there is a misconception that vegetarian diet misses the protein content
all pulses , grains , millets and probiotics are full of protein
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinking
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
