ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. if milk teeth do not fall at proper timing and permanent teeth start to erupt behind the milk teeth then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

If teeth are already wiggling Then it will fall soon so you should not worry about it at all. You should just start with a massage of your babies comes with your fingertips it will give relief in pain Happy parenting
