Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feverLoose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role onlyhgf if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
